$275 for 4 hours of rental

rental includes use of tables and chairs, table linens, and floral centerpieces if you would like to use ours.
We do set up of tables, chairs, table linens and floral centerpieces
We do most of the cleanup for you.
We require a $75 deposit to book and the rest is due 2 weeks before your event date.

They navigated through twists and turns that could have deterred even the most fearless renovators, but their spirit remained unbreakable. They crafted solutions for unforeseen hurdles out of thin air, along the way. Through it all, they proved that with enough willpower, a building's past need not dictate its future.

As the project reached its peak, the transformation was awe-inspiring. But the true magic wasn't in the bricks or the beams; it was in the sense of unity they cultivated. Their journey was a testament to what's possible when you roll up your sleeves and pour your heart into something you believe in.

Their legacy of love lives on not just in the beautifully renovated space they created, but in the hearts of all who've witnessed their unwavering dedication and those who have celebrated life’s milestones there. Our Mascot…

The Great Gatsby. “Gatsby” for short.

Gatsby is a German Shepard puppy and we decided to make him our company mascot, because German Shepherds are dogs of noble character, highly intelligent, loyal, confident, courageous and he looks good in a tuxedo.

We wanted his name to be just as fitting to his character and also a name fitting to our building. The building was built in 1921, which is the same time period of “The Great Gatsby” book and movie. Also since we are an event venue, it is a place were lots of parties take place, another fitting reason for his name as the character in “ The Great Gatsby” loved to throw large extravagant parties.

Before & During Renovations

When we purchased this building May 2017. The building was condemned, the city was going to tear it down. Unless someone came along that was willing to do the work to restore it. These images give a little glimpse into the condition of the building before and during renovation project.

We are only about halfway done with the restoration of this historic building. We still plan on adding two more two bedroom family Airbnb suites. One of those being ADA accessible and another space for events that offers a space for cocktail hour between weddings and receptions. We would love to add a gym for our guests to use as well. Your generous donations will help us reach that destination even sooner and help to preserve this historic building and make it a wonderful asset to the community and a draw for tourists from all around to enjoy this beautiful comminity.
